Budget Planning & Allocation

Work groups and project teams will appreciate the list prioritization, multiple criteria and weighting features of the OptionFinder system.  The list processing feature gives groups the ability to quickly rank order goals and plans.  The multiple criteria feature enhances decision making by giving groups the ability to rate goals, projects and other budget decisions using multiple criteria such as price, value, quality, service, timing, etc...  After participants have provided rating for each criteria the system instantly compiles cumulative results for each item.  Results can be displayed for each of the criteria as well as combined assessment scores for each item being evaluated.  The weighting can also be changed for each of the criteria (e.g. price could have a three fold weighting on the results vs. other criteria).

Example:
Each brand is rated by the group for price, performance and service.  The system determines the average results for each criteria and a cumulative for each brand.
