Pantelis, Inc. has designed and tested a series of modular experiential activities that can be used with group sizes of 10 to 500 people. For large programs we offer the option of using our staff or providing a small professional staff to oversee the event and train members of your organization to facilitate the activities.

Our activities are highly interactive and while individually unique, explore a multitude of subject areas including: leadership, leading change, communications, collaboration, information sharing, meeting customer expectations, delegation, partnering, role clarity, systems thinking, planning, goal setting, performance improvement, creativity, problem solving, trust, risk and customer/supplier relations.

These activities follow the same learning process as we use in our custom developed programs.
