CFRST Leadership University

What:  CFRST Leadership University was designed to provide general managers in the SE Region with learning opportunities to further their leadership development.  The curriculum includes strategic / self-development focused courses that will enhance the leadership qualities of the class. 

Why:  The idea for CFRST Leadership University originated from the southeast region. The intent was to provide local classes similar to those offered in other Executive Education programs. 

Who:  This program is designed for CFRST General Managers. Invitations will be extended by the Regional Directors and the Cluster General Managers. 

When:  The program design is similar to an Executive MBA program. There will be approximately 24 participants who will attend three one-week sessions.
