Dr. Woodward spent 11 years with Wilson Learning Corporation heading up the development of products in the areas of leadership-management and quality-service. In 1988, he was made a Wilson Fellow. In 1989, Harry left Wilson Learning to head up his own consulting firm. Harry has also worked in the training and development division of 3M Corporation and taught at the University of Minnesota. He received his Ph.D. from Minnesota in 1978. Dr. Woodward consults and speaks nationally and internationally on the subjects of change, leadership, learning and humor. Harry is co-author of the book Aftershock - Helping People Through Corporate Change and the author of the book Navigating Through Change. He is also the creator of the Change Readiness Survey. |

Harry Woodward is an organizational consultant, author, speaker and recognized
authority in the areas of change and change management. He works primarily in
the areas of change management, leadership and customer service. He has
developed and implemented programs and seminars for such clients as Merrill
Lynch, Citibank, Alcoa, IBM, Dupont, 3M, J.P. Morgan Company, AT&T, Nike and
Intel Corporation.
