Products and Services for Marriott
- Navigating
Through Change was adopted nationally and internationally by Marriott in 1997 to help
associates understand
and deal with change. Over 6,000 managers have attended Navigating
Through Change.
- The CFRST Leadership University was designed to
provide general managers in the SE Region with learning opportunities to further their
leadership development. The program is similar to an Executive MBA program.
Approximately 20 participants attend each three one-week
sessions. We have completed two CFRST sessions with the third scheduled to
begin in the fall of 2000.

Executive
Team Facilitation
Pantelis, Inc. teamed with Ted Renner, General Manager and Nancy Curtin
Morris to work with the Executive Committee at the Marriott Marquis for
approximately two years beginning in October 1995. The purpose of the work
was to prepare the Executive Committee to work more effectively as a team
and to maximize the 1996 Olympic opportunity.
- Teambuilding
Facilitation Training- We will be providing a two-day teambuilding
facilitation-training program for Regional Training Directors and Brand
University Directors in August, 2000. The purpose of the program is to
further develop contracting, program design and delivery skills. We will
also be introducing several new teambuilding activities.
- We developed the participant guide for Marriott's Level III Facilitator Certification Program to
provide advanced skill development for the national facilitator cadre.
This included exploring areas such as learning styles, the experiential
learning cycle, tailoring the approach to the audience, developing
appropriate learning activities, co-facilitating, evaluating & measuring
learning, and many other aspects of advanced facilitation skills. This is
Marriott's highest level of internal facilitator training.
- The Marriott Marquis purchased an OptionFinder System to
conduct Associate Opinion Surveys. This wireless keypad system made it
possible to complete the Associate Opinion Survey with 1,200 associates in
one week. Results were immediately available.
- Employee Appraiser software- Pantelis provide the software used in
Marriott's LPP process.
