Navigating Through Change Workshops

Executive Overview: The Executive Overview is designed specifically for management / leadership groups: as an introduction to the change process, a "preview" of a more in-depth intervention process and an overview of a process already under implementation in their organization.

Individual Contributor Program: This one-day program details information about change, how people react to change, and self leadership skills for managing change.

Manager Program: The Managers Program is a two day program that includes information about the changing environment, how to communicate change, fostering openness, and providing support.

Navigating Through Change is available through our experienced staff or we will train your staff to deliver the program through licensing agreements. Dr. Harry Woodward is also available to deliver the program.

Navigating Through Change is based on the books Navigating Through Change and Aftershock. Dr. Harry Woodward, author of Navigating Through Change and co-author of Aftershock designed this workshop to enable people to make successful transitions in a rapidly changing and stressful environment.

Navigating Through Change prepares managers and employees for the impact of change and provides them with knowledge and practical skills to help them move through it.
