Pantelis, Inc. identifies the needs by conducting a strategic assessment of the organization through interviews, focus groups, surveys, controlled assessment and any other methodology that is deemed appropriate. Each data collection technique involves a series of questions derived from the Pantelis Organization Model. Responses to these questions allow us to assess the critical elements of organization effectiveness, and to identify and prioritize needs and desired results. When a specific need has already been identified by the organization, we work with the client to determine how much in this step may be required. |
