perspectives and tactics that have been discovered by psychologists and
influence researchers around the globe.

- change others' beliefs and attitudes,
- gain compliance,
- improving relationships with the people you influence.
In this workshop, you will:

during which people are particularly receptive to your requests;

universal principles
of influence that have been uncovered by contemporary psychological
research;
- distinguish between ethical and unethical uses of influence so that you
build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, co-workers
and colleagues;
- understand how to use the principles of influence during interactions with
co-workers who are above, below, and lateral to you in the organizational
hierarchy;
- learn about our proprietary Influence Application System of how to
systematically apply the principles of influence to real-life situations;
