Values^*

Values drive many of our actions, decisions and results.  Understanding differences in individual values and gaining alignment around team and organizational values can help teams and organizations to improve performance.

Values is designed to:

• give participants insight into their individual values
• develop consensus around team values
• develop organizational values sets
• align teams around organizational values

Pantelis consultants can help your team create a set of guiding and lasting values that will  improve teamwork and organizational performance.  We have experience working with individual participants and groups of up to 500 participants.

Values utilizes card decks and learning maps.  Participants begin by sorting through a deck of 54 cards to create a ranking of their individual values.  This is used as a foundation for developing team values and either developing an organizational value set or exploring congruence with a existing set of organizational values.

Values can be used in conjunction with our OptionFinder technology to enhance large group process.  It can also be use to enhance our Strategic Planning process.
